We have over 30 years’ worth of client references, letters of recommendation, awards and commendations to complement our A+ rating and Accreditation with the BBB. We will work in concert with your architects and designers, NOT in competition with them. If you do not have an architect or designer, Moonstone can provide full service designs, engineered blueprints, stamped and ready to submit for permitting for any size project. It is our job and our pleasure to bring your design concepts to life and we do so with a collaborative, creative and cost-conscious mindset.
Brad Pederson, President
Brad was raised on a working horse ranch in Starbuck, Minnesota. He moved to Boulder and graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Real Estate and Business from CU Leeds School of Business before founding Moonstone Construction and Development, Inc. in June of 1990. His upbringing and education compliment his love of carpentry and is evident in his work ethic and transparent, honest business practices. He works with the client every step of the way, providing personalized Project Management from the very top.

Who is Brad?
Our clients enjoy full time access to Brad Pederson, President of Moonstone. Brad is a Cum Laude Graduate of CU Leeds Business School, a Father of twin boys, the founder and lifeblood of the company. He has dedicated the entirety of his professional life to building. Brad is a phone call or text away nearly 24/7 for our clients, architects and designers.

The support staff in the office is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our clientele.
The office staff is responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance for us and our subcontractors. The insurance requirements along with the many other regulatory requirements are there to protect our employees and clients, are staunchly maintained and audited by a 3rd party every year.
Our billing is clear, concise and transparent. It is produced in a format ready for a construction loan, if applicable, as it contains copies of every penny spent on your behalf, every hour worked on your project, behind a very clear summary of charges.
